Looking for an old clip, honestly can't remember the name of the company that did it, but what I can remember is this: Woman in stocks, topless, and has black hair. Guy interrogates her at first, saying he saw her and some guys boat?, and decides to tickle her. That is about it. Oh and it the background is a brick wall I think.
