Old time Actress you would like to tickle

I missed out on Mamie Van Doren in her heyday, but in the 80s, she hosted a series of videos featuring "drive-in sleazoid movies". Even in her mid-50s, she was incredible, the ultimate 'ler! I also have a cd of some of the cheesy songs she sang in the 50s low-budget flicks.

Drew

Dawn Wells, Barbara Eden, Rita Hayworth, Elizabeth Montgomery, Tina Louise, Ginger Rogers , Mary Tyler Moore

Another TV mom

Donna Reed. I remember only one episode that showed her stocking feet. I believe she was sitting up on a bed in a hotel room. No tickling though :sowrong:
Also like Mary pickford silent film star)
and Mrs Crabtree from the little rascals.

Donna Reed. Seems odd, but she was beautiful in "it's a wonderful Life."

I thought of her too, but I think I'd rather tickle Gloria Grahame, who played the "blonde floozy" Violet in "Wonderful Life". The party girls always have great laughs. 🙂

Ooooohhh, yeah! I forgot about her. She always reminded me a bit of Lana Turner, but she looked like she had more fun about her.

And does anyone remember Thelma Todd? She was a saucy, sexy blonde who made dozens of films, mostly comedies, in the early 30's, including Monkey Business and Horsefeathers with the Marx Brothers. (Think what a gang-tickle that could have been!)

And maybe the most beautiful and sexy lady who ever drew breath....

Lena Horne is a good one. How about Sally Fields? I think she was a cutie back then. Plus Barbara Feldon who played 99 in Get Smart.

Theda Bara

Because she'd go straight into silent laughter.

I remember Thelma Todd, she played the "gun moll" and the "college widow" in those Marx Brothers movies. She probably would've made quite an evil 'ler.

I can't believe nobody else thought this was funny. LOL!

I guess I just amuse myself. 😀

I thought it was a great gag, Horatio. I'm just slow to respond sometimes. But it's true that Theda is less well remembered these days than other ladies from the Golden Age of Hollywood, perhaps because few of her films have survived. I recall seeing one on TCM a couple of years ago and it was underwhelming. Judging from the publicity stills, though, her turn as Cleopatra was probably sexy and amusing. Maybe someone will turn up a long lost print someday.

Anyways. I nominate Jayne Mansfield.

I don't know much about old-time actresses, but that is a SMOKIN' pic of Ms Mansfield. Anyone ever come across any info on whether she was ticklish?

I just came across this very nice armpit and tummy pic of Ms Mansfield, thought you all might like it.

That doggone name should have tipped me off right from the start. 😉

Sophia Loren in "Man from La Mancha" and Madelin Kahn from an episode of "The Muppet Show..." :evilha: 🙂

This should win the Dennis Miller Award for most obscure reference, but here goes. There was a movie lampooned by Mystery Science Theater called The Girl in Gold Boots. There's this one character who, the first time you see her has her luscious-looking bare feet up on a table or something, in a very revealing outfit (she plays a go-go dancer). Voluptuous, very hot. I looked up the actress's name, and it's Bara Byrnes. No, the name doesn't mean anything to me either. But if you've ever seen that episode of Mystery Science Theater ("Gold Boots" a godawful movie), you probably remember her.
