I will answer this one for you Gallo, I use it on myself and woooooooo what a feeling, a friend used it on me and OMG!!!!!!😀 🙂 😉 😛 You can use it both ways I guess, the thing does something to you, better than any feather or lightly tickles in my opinion. Get one and see what I mean.
