Brownies!!!

Chocolate chips and walnuts.

Well they make this dessert called Rain Forest Cafe.It is called Volcano! It is about four brownies in a circle with some space in the middle with Ice Cream there and Chocolate comes pouring down the sides and they stick a sparkler or some stick with sparkly,long, rectangular strips coming out the middle and it goes in a circle, on the top.When they bring it to your table they come out saying VOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLCANOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!The restaurant in itself is amazing! It is like a rain forest they even have rain forest sounds and mechanic animals it's amazing!One even had a ride in the Restaurant!
 
Cannoli. 'Nuff said. One good sized one is all the dessert you need, and the taste is magnificent. The richness of the ricotta, the sweet of chocolate, and the flaky pastry shell all merge into a full flavor of pure perfection. And let's not forget the fruits that can be just as beautiful for flavoring. Aaaaah. I mean, just look at the things!

I made myself want one. And after the bad news tonight, I could eat a whole box just to try and make myself feel better.

I won't pry, but chocolate and some other fine confectionery creations really do help. It's scientifically proven. 😉
 
Berry crepes! (sorry for the missing hat insignia thingie :umm🙂 It's French, it's awesome, it tastes SOOOO GOOD!! :super_hap :ggrin: It's basically like a paper-thin pancake - but it's GOOD I'm telling you!!
 
Creme brulee.

Mainly 'cause my girl and I first tried and shared it together on our first romantic date. So good. 🙂

And, yes, the Rainforest Cafe is pretty darn awesome!!! :super_hap Haven't had the volcano dessert, but I've seen the picture. Soooo awesome. :happy: But I was too full to eat any more after the entre!!

Oh, I have two favorite desserts. Since we can only pick one for this thread, my second will have to be Key Lime Pie.

My first, Red Velvet Cake.


RVC is usually more "dense" than a chocolate or white cake, because of the ingredients.

Ex: Chocolate cake has 1/2 cup of oil, and a cup of light milk. The frosting is made with sugar and margarine. RVC takes a full cup of oil, and a cup of buttermilk. The frosting is made with cream cheese and sugar.

Hmm, must be an Icelandic dessert! (ducks to avoid lava rocks thrown at head)

My favorite dessert for many years which is now lost to me possibly forever was the hot fudge sundae. I'd experiment with different flavors of ice cream (hint - mint ice cream works best, long as it's not the absurd green kind which tastes like Crest!)
 
This is gonna sound so lowbrow, but I am seriously addicted to Wal-Mart's Great Value brand "Indulgent Trail Mix".

I mean, I could've said German Chocolate Cake, but i don't even recall the last time I had any of that, whereas, I've been pounding back bags of this crap for the last few months.
