One of the best tickling scenes in cartoons

I think one of the best tickling scenes in cartoon history is from the Raggady Ann and Andy movie in which an entire ship is tickled by a tickle monster. The movie's about Ann & Andy trying to rescue a damsel from an evil pirate, and in their travels are captured by a small king for his entertainment as he desires to be big and can only grow through laughter. The more he laughs the bigger he gets. Ann & Andy escape, the king's furious, so he calls on the sea monster to help chase them down. The next scene you see the king water skiing behind the monster, and as he goes into the distance the monster asks what his intentions are, and the king replies, "You, with all your arms, and under my supervision, you will become the worlds greatest tickler." The following scene is the merciless tickling. I've looked for this cartoon, but can't find it. Does anyone remember this one?

You're right, the second one is the best. The first one was great as a kid who never saw tickling in mainstream, and so the memories were fond ones. Thanks for the clips
