One of the better clips I've ever seen - f/f anime tickle fight

I would be surprised if this clip wasn't presented to the community already. Just in case anybody has not seen it, though, it's a great clip, so don't miss out.

Two "goddesses" have a contained tickle fight as some kind of test to see who laughs first. I also have two questions pertaining to the clip.

1. Can anyone tell more about the series? Most importantly, what are they saying (it's in Japanese) - but also, who are the two main characters, why are they having this tickle fight, etc.

2. Does anyone know of any other clips from this series that might include tickling, or any other clips of similar nature from different anime series' off the top of your head?

I have no idea what they are saying or of any other scenes/clips, either from this series or another, but this is from "Ah! My Goddess" (Also known as "Oh My Goddess!"). The original Japanese is "Aa! Megami-sama!" The two characters are Belldandy, in white, and Peorth, in black. Why are they having this contest? I imagine it has something to do with a bit of animosity Peorth has towards Belldandy for much of the series. No more does this one know.
