I was trying to find a place to watch the last episode of Leverage before it resumes this Sunday. In the process of searching, I came across Satelite Direct...a download that apparently allows one to watch tv from all over the world. It sounds too good to be true and has little detail on their site. Anyone ever heard of or use them before? If so, what did you think?

My red flag went up when they had those annoying error message boxes that try to prevent you from leaving the site.

When you google for info the first sites that pop up are blog posts that were clearly made by the company to sway people trying to get impartial info, that's pretty much a telltale sign of a scam.

When you get passed that, the reviews posted by the public are overwhelmingly negative. Half the channels don't work, the resolution is not HD, most channels take time to load, and they're not actually live feeds. Apparently they're dicks about giving refunds as well.

So yeah, save your money.

I figured as much. My red flags started going up at the fact that it's a single page site with nothing else other than the page to pay for the download. As the saying goes, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!" lol

i have tried a bunch of apps like that and what fire said is true but u can get some cool stuff to watch tho on channels that accaly work but def not worth the money
