I can understand the angst, but I wouldn't worry if I were you. It sound like you two are really close & you already have told her you like tickling. Yea, the video is a sudden jolt to the senses, esp to someone outside the fetish, but friends are more understanding that you may think (I have to remind myself of this quite often).
This is one of the reasons why I look for softer videos, where there's only tickling. No plot, no nudity, no hardcore bondage equipment, nothing overtly sexual. LLinc, LOL & Parker's videos are like that, to name a few. I feel like these kinda videos are ones I could show a non-ticklephile and not feel so uncomfortable about it.
Better; she had no idea what they were and started asking me what they were about, and whether or not we could watch them.

My tickling fetish was discovered but not brought up to me directly... funny it was with a Paradise Vision tickle video. This was in 2000, I had a female roommate, who was 5 years older than me. She was cute but I never tried to hit on her but yeah, I got in a few foot tickles when she had her feet hanging over the sofa arm. She always said "hey!" and moved her feet quickly. Anyway, it was towards the end of our arranged living situation, in about a month we were moving out, she had a new job out of State. I had left my "Foot tickling fantasies" video in my old vcr as she never came into my room and I never went into hers. I usually remove the videos and put them in a box in the back of my closet but I was going to visit family out West and got caught up in packing and totally forgot.
This was one of the old VCRs ( I had bought it in 91') that when you unplug the cord, it would eject a tape. I got on my trip and come back in a week. My roommate and her boyfriend are home when I arrive. Nothing big, how was the trip blah blah. Then my roommate tells me she hopes it was ok but they went into my room. She and the boyfriend were vacuuming the hallway and thought to just do my room too. I said it was no problem and thanked them and headed for my room.
The first thing I notice is my VCR is unplugged and a couple of things moved so the vacuum clear could move about. My heart pounds... as I walk over to the front side of the VCR... the tape is sticking out. I get all flushed in the face and think... oh shit.. the gig is up. I quickly put the tape back in the box in my closet and just wonder if they will bring it up. Her boyfriend stays the night and her room is right next to mine, usually if they are having sex it's when I'm not home, usually.
So I'm sleeping and wake up to sounds of laughing by my roommate. I look at my clock and think.. oh great sex time but she's continually laughing. Now I'm curious, I've never heard her just non-stop laughing... so I then remembered... my tickling video... are they teasing me? I put my ear on the wall and I can hear her laughing from being tickled, she was trying to hold it in, I could hear her saying omg, this is crazy, I can't take it. I went numb and couldn't believe it. It went on for maybe 15 minutes before it stopped. The next day they were all normal with me, I know I felt awkward, she never said a word to me about it.
Oh I know it was her feet he was tickling do to where he was talking and she was laughing, opposite end of her head. To this day I can't believe that happened.
I clear my cache and history all the time at home in case one of my techie friends ever need to use my computer but always fear if I forgot something.

I've yet to be busted for anything like this, but I've always made sure that nobody could accidentally see anything that I might have on my computer. However, all of my closest friends know what I'm into and I'm comfortable talking about fetish stuff with them. I've also shown my girlfriend some of the things that I like to watch, even though she's not into any of this.
I guess I'm pretty open about it. It's not like it's something I'd tell somebody when I meet them. But if you hang out with me enough, you're going to find out eventually so I might as well get it out of the way. That's expecially true if you're a woman. I love instigating tickle fights.
