😀 For those who don't know. Don Tortelli is a cartoon villain in the 1980's animated series Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, his gimmick is he interrogates people by tickling their soles. He has made appearances in 2-3 episodes. In 2 of those episodes tickling took place.
I believe after watching The Godfather last night that Don Tortelli isn't the cartoon character's actual name but a title bestowed to him. He is probably a Don from Italy, perhaps a province or island called Tortelli. Or maybe Tortelli is his last name and he did come from Tortelli, Italy.
