well, as in my name in the TMF, Master Cartman, i'm still kicking myself for creating the SN, it was a time when i had a lack of imagination, and i don't know what came over me, but i don't want to get a new account since i have so many posts as Master Cartman / Bignorm. (btw, my name is Norman if ya haven't figured it out already.)

Mine was a character I made in a completely non-tickle related rpg. I originally started out with just "Acorna" which was pitched to me by a friend when I, for some ungodly reason, decided I needed to change screen names. The "Mordor" came about through the rpg. It was a family of gargoyles called the Mordors. Thence her full name was Acorna Mordor. She was a complicated and very much abused character... changed species 6 times, died 4-5 times.. I should retire her, Good gief.
 
Mine may not be what it seems. I don't like blowing up things, lol. I had a DJ friend that always used to say that song is a bomber. Hence the name (as it applies to music) 🙂

I love the cure, and my orignal name for every thing is Stellailoveyou, froma song by interpol. Another favorite. So thus the song lovecats my username lovecats. =)
 
Well, I like to play music heaps, and piano's usually the instrument I'll play it on; it's what I do most of the time, and I'm sure it's gonna be my job soon....
So ee-yep! Plus, I like the name; my actual name is hidden somewhere inside it, and nOnE oF yOu wILL eVeR FiIIIIiiIInD iT.... 😛

As a fellow RPGer, I give you this advice: never, ever, EVER retire a character with such a cool history. 🙂
 
"Lollercaust" is an expression I got from a friend of mine, although he didn't make it up. It's a synthesis of "holocaust" and "lol," thus a lollercaust is something so hilariously funny that people die laughing at it. Ironically the theme of this forum had nothing to do with my choosing of it; it was the first thing that came to mind when I sat at the registration screen.
 
mine's rather obvious, especially if you've seen my pic. not to mention it's my nickname.
 
Ignatz Mouse is a character in one of my favorite comic strips, "Krazy Kat," which ran in the Hearst newspapers from the teens until 1945 or so. (This was long before my time, by the way; I'm only 50.)
I'm actually nothing like Ignatz in real life. He was a sadistic little rat and he lived to bounce bricks off the head of Krazy, who adored him.
 
I'm not sure where this name came from.
One day I just started using this name that no one else has even touched.
It makes me fill different.
The signature bellow it is self-explanitory.....how dreadful.

...i got called PAblo in school.... and it got shortend down to Pab in college... and i called my self Pabolous and gave it attitude with Pabuluz....

My username actually has nothing to do with the mythical God, Mercury. It actually came from the planet and the element.

Mercury's been my online name for a while. It all started at a friend's house when I was to pick a name for a character she was making for me. I sat in that chair for a very LONG time, thinking of something creative (by the way, I'm not creative, so that's why it took so long). Finally, after running through my head all the planet names and elements on the Periodic Table, I decided that Mercury was the most creative I could think of at the time.

So there you go. Simple, yet effective.

Oh, and contrary to what it says in my subname, my real name is NOT Sarah. The name Sarah Mercury is something I created for my Star Trek alter-ego. Mercury, obviously, I got from what was said above. And I just plum love the name Sarah. 🙂

I like the name Sarah Mercury -- it has pizazz 🙂

I'm not especially good at creating screen names, so I made a list taken from random word generators and I pick one when I need to make an account at a new forum because, obviously, I can't use this name at non-fetish forums 😀
