Last night on Leno, Oscar was sitting next to Dr. Phil. He put his arm around Dr. Phil's neck as they had been joking about something. Dr. Phil reached over and poked Oscar in the ribs. Oscar jumped and had an obvious ticklish reaction. He also did not seem to like that Dr. Phil tickled him. I always enjoy seeing these real life celebrity reactions.
