What 3 things could you not live without?

1. Goals to strive for. - Happiness comes from attaining goals.
2. Hot showers. - Necessary to relieve stress.
3. Tickling - a basic part of my psyche.

Basic needs are food, clothing and shelter.

OK. Then, the only thing I would add would be love...fraternal love, not necessarily romantic. Though I'd like to have other things, that's all that really matters to me in the end.

1.) My sobriety is absolutely Number 1! If I weren't sober today I'd probably be dead - literally. As some of you know I celebrated 21 years sober last Saturday over the NEST weekend! I can't think of a better way to celebrate!

2.) Friends, Family and pets. They refresh me, invigorate me and fill my spirit with such joy.

3.) Hugs. Gotta have hugs.
