YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAW!!!!!!!

Need I say more?

Mimi 😀 😀 😀

Great game!!! It was so ironic that the game ended on a defensive play in such a high powered offensive game.

Packers...

Or should I say Green Bay Krackers....

Blah blah blah.....dey gots lucky....

Friggin' green and gold....

Green and gold....

The color of moldy cheese, no?

Were we watching the same game?? It certainly wasn't highly powered offensively. While there were a lot of yards there wasn't a true down your throat drive. Favre failed to control the game, although he passed for quite a few yards he was the beneficiary of some great runs by his receivers...

Defense won that game, give credit to two people. Mike Mckenzie and Al Harris. They played great games.

Packers defensive pass coverage really sucked egg's, didn't it? They gave away WAY to much yardage to Seattle because of that in my opinion!

I have to agree with Tron here. Green Bay didn't so much win the game as much as they "didn't lose it". Kudos to Favre and company for staying in it til the end, but I felt the Seahawks outplayed them until the very end.

This was a game that Seattle wasn't even supposed to be competitive in, according to "professional analysts". Seattle kept Ahman Green in check all game and forced Favre into vertical passing several times.

It was a heartbreaking way to lose a game as a die-hard Seahawks fan, but I'm proud of Seattle. There's a great team in the making here and I can see a divisional title next year.

Now that the emotion has died down a bit, I do admit it was a great game, no matter who won. It should be a great matchup in Philly next week.

I may accept defeat graciously, but I do have one thing to say...

BRING ME THE HEAD OF AL HARRIS!!!!! :sowrong:

My $.02

First of all, fellow Packer fans, I am glad yesterday's game resulted in a "W." They don't say "how"...they say "how many." Right? A well-deserved win for a VERY deserving team. Gotta bring our "A-game" to Philly next week or be done, though. Still, I'm proud of my Packers.

Nothing for nothing here...but...in my assessment...were it not for the ever biased "zebras," the game would not have went into overtime. Anytime the "zebras" subtract a touchdown or overlook flagrant pass interference committed by deep coverage for one team and not the other...it makes for a "fixed" result. The Packer receivers were getting mugged in coverages yesterday...yet the officials wouldn't hesitate to call even the slightest preponderance of pass interference against the Packer receivers and deep defensive coverage backs.

I wonder what Vegas paid those "zebras" to micromanange that game so that it came in "right at the spread," but not over it.:sowrong:

Did any of you lose money on the Packers by betting greater than the spread yesterday? Be honest, now...🙄 *Pointing and shaking his fingers at the voluminous injured parties*

nah...

most I bet on football is just the pools at work and the squares for Super Bowl (...'for those about to rock'....), for which I've already spent $30.

I like backing the horses better. especially those up in your part of the world (the east coast circuit), and Kentucky, and Santa Anita.

Wrong. Bullshit 🙁

That was the only game that I picked wrong all weekend. Seattle's receivers leave a lot to be desired.

i think the funniest thing about that game was when Matt Hasselback said "we'll take the ball and we're going to score!" during the OT coin toss. yeah Matt, you threw a pin point pass right to Al "why do i have all this damn hair" Harris. there's something special about the Packers. they might go all the way. how can you not root for Brett Favre?

LOL I Doubt The Packers Go..

All the way. Favre isn't all that special anymore.

As for Hasselbeck. It's obvious you never played in the NFL. His team mates love him for that comment.

Tron

oh, his team mates love him for that comment, and the guy was having fun in the game, but how can you say that AT the Packers house? since you "played" in the NFL, if an opposing QB said that, in your team's stadium, you would want to destroy him. what is your point?

as for Favre, the Packers may not go all the way, but you never know. that is why they play the game. i love watching Favre. he is one of the greatest QBs in NFL history. i wish i was a team mate of his.

Sigh...

I hate having to explain everything to rubes who never played a game of real football.

It shows confidence, and it shows he wasn't intimidated by the setting. Who gives a flying FUCK if you piss off the other team. It's not them you're playing for.

I guess Namath was an idiot for guaranteeing a win against a 21 point favorite who was at the time considered the best team ever in the NFL? Or maybe it was his guarantee that loosened things up and allowed his team to win.

Tron

you know, now that i think about it, OF COURSE you wouldnt care if he made a silly comment like that. you run off at the mouth without thinking all the time. i forgot who i was dealing with...

questions for you. did it ever occur to you that i might have played college football? Division 1A level? you really dont know. what makes you think i know nothing of the game? just because i didnt play in the NFL, doesnt mean i dont know the game of football. how do i know YOU played in the NFL? your word? the laughter is deafening......

as for Hasselback's comment. ever wonder why athletes who make statements like that are looked down upon? you dont want to incite your opponent. sometimes you win, but if you LOSE, then you look like a complete idiot. serves him right when he was diving at Al Harris on his way to the endzone. have confidence in your team, but dont do anything to fire up the opponent even more.

I agree that no one here has proven that they have played the game for real...until such time as that occurs, then all comments made should be taken for what they are worth, which is not a lot in my humble opinion....🙄 😛 😉
