Paintbrush and penis video, help?

There's a video clip of a guy getting his nether regions flicked and tickled with a paintbrush.
He's wearing white underwear but there's a hole that the person uses to tickle him. The video is being shown from the side and only shows the brush and the lower region.
He's chuckling in the background.
I can't find it anywhere. Help?
