Joey was very upset when he came out of the barber shop and back to his parked car because he saw that the left rear fender was smashed and the trunk was buckled and open. Repairs would obviously be very expensive and he didn't have coverage for damage from an unidentified driver. He calmed down a little when he noticed a note had been placed under the windshield wiper.

However, when he read the note this is what it said:

"I just smashed into your car and damaged it considerably. Lots of people saw me do it, so I got out and started writing this note which I'm going to leave under your windshield wiper. They all think that I'm leaving you my name and phone number, and maybe my insurance information, but .... I'm not."

I personally don't think it is funny. If you ever have had your car damaged it is no laughing matter.

I have had my car damaged (back when I lived elsewhere and owned a car). Yet I still find this joke amusing, because of the double reversal of the situation.
