In all seriousness, that was a damn impressive performance by the Ravens today. I don't know if they can sustain it, but they have proven once again that they are absolute road warriors as it comes to the playoffs. Next week, Indy, who always seem to beat us.... but this year's previous contest ended in a 17-15 Indy victory. Perhaps a little too close for comfort.

You bet against the Pats tells everyone you aren't a Patriots fan. I would never bet money against my team. I just wouldn't bet. So like I have been saying you really aren't a Patriots fan. A REAL fan NEVER bets against his team. I think everyone agrees with me on that point.

As someone who doesn't know the first thing about football, but has been following this thread for the last 5 months anyway, I want to thank you lot for being most entertaining. Congratulations to NE; making it this far isn't easy and they should be proud of their accomplishments.

Wrong! its not logical to make a bet on a team just because its your team. thats idiotic. i bet with my brain. i was still rooting for the Pats to win of course, just not to cover the spread. :rockon:

I don't gamble. I would probably be good at it but I just don't do it. I look at gambling as I look at drinking and driving. It is potentially dangerous. By the way, did you listen to the song? I put in a lot of work to get that song out there to you.

When you take into account of how I run the football pool with the actual spreads, over the last five years I am 82 games OVER .500. You can't say that. And I pick EVERY game. So if I am 82 games OVER .500, I must be pretty good. :toast: The toast is for you being a heart surgeon.

Those spreads are usually alot different than game time numbers. and its always harder to pick when theres money on the line. you tend to do alot of over analyzing. on that note, id be happy to perform heart surgery on you if you needed it. you can trust me. :shock:

Indy to destroy baltimore
San Diego will slaughter New York

Then Minnesota will embarrass Arizona and become NFC champions.
San Diego will take out Indy the become AFC champions

Then Favre and the Vikings will demonstrate why they are the dominant team and earn a well deserved Superbowl Victory!
