Paula Abdul has been cleared of any wrongdoing and is going to be back on american idol but I was wondering what you people thnk. Did she have an affair with the constentant in question and does she deserve to be back on the show.
 
LOL Got to agree with Sultry here. I think the media spends far too much time digging up dirt and far too little time on real news. The sex lives of celebs (like anyone else's sex life) is nobody else's damned business...unless, of course, they break the law with it in which case it's for a court to sort out, NOT the media or us.

Wrongdoing????? How could she have been doing any wrong. I have no ideas when it comes to this story, but provided that things are legal then I'm happy. And American Idol gets more publicity. Wha hey!
 
I have a question:

How did this become a scandal anyway? Let's assume she did it (to be honest, I'm not completely convinced she didn't). Corey was a grown man wasn't he? It's the oldest game in the book in reverse-have sex with me and I'll make you a star! The problem was, he lied from the very beginning about the criminal record-no way around that! He has no one but himself to blame. He ruined his reputation-even if he's telling the truth no one's going to believe him.

Maybe she's learned a valuable lesson from this-measure your distance between contestants and don't get too close! :wow:
 
Deserves to be on the show? I though that was her punishment in the first place.
 
Yeah, I don't reckon the media should've made such a fuss about it all.

But then again, thats probably because I consider any advertisement or media coverage on American Idol, UK Idol or Australian Idol a really bad thing.

Doesn't matter if its good press or bad press... its still press... lets just close our eyes and hope it goes away eventually.
 
Does it really matter? I will tell you about how big a story this is. This is the first time I heard about it. So there you go. I think her going back to the show is punishment, isn't it? Who really cares about these reality shows anyway? They are really dumb show. ( That is only my opinion ). Please give us " Bowling For Dollars " You can't fake that. :ermm:

Who cares if Paula had an affair or not, that is her business, and of course I hope this contestant took the opportunity to tickle her. Because I saw an episode once on American Idol where Simon was tickling her she seems very ticklish, wish I had the opportunity to tickle her....LOL
