Paying someone to tickle me

So there are companies that produce tickling video clips, I was wondering if there were any companies (other than hookers) that would tickle you if you paid them?

Also, for hookers, if you are a lee and you are tied up, how do you know they're not going to just take your stuff while you cant get away? (Thinking of pragmatics)

This is a "service" I've considered offering. I think this should be in the tickling forum though. There are also dungeons and pros in some areas.

Start by searching the Domina/Mistress sites and look for ones in the large urban center nearest to where you live. They may have tickling listed as one of their services, but you could always contact them and ask.
