It's brief, but was a nice surprise for an ordinary commercial.
 
I wish it was tickling but it looked more like the typical "laugh like you girls are having the most fun ever" thing that they seem to use to advertise to women all the time.

It's fun to debate, but I think the actresses were told that the girl was being tickled during her pedi. Look how the other girls are watching her with amused looks on their faces..
