Do you know someone like this? These people are the best, like they can't handle taking what they dish out. They avoid tickling all together but jump at the chance to gang up on someone.

Yep, I've run into a few of those folks, and even dated a couple. Can't help but think the fact that they can't stand to be tickled is directly linked to their eagerness to tickle others into hysterics. It betrays a particularly sharp brand of mischievousness.
