Perfect Rock Album

I am SO jealous, Gripped, lol! I got into Arthur Lee and Love about 7 years ago when I bought the Rhino box set. Ever since, I've gotten to hear almost all their records.
And that "Forever Changes" concert disc is awesome! I'm glad to see Arthur is doing so well and sounding so great.
You must let me know how that London show is.

There are not enough words for me to describe how superb this album is. It's just too amazing. In fact, I'm going to see Arthur Lee in London on March, Drew.

I haven't posted here in ages, but I was compelled by my fellow fans of Love. "Forever Changes" is one of the most haunting albums ever made. It's a rare day when I don't have "Old Man" or "You Set the Scene" running through my head for a few seconds. This album would be one of my perfect album picks. I, too, am jealous that you are seeing Arthur Lee, but I am also quite happy for you.

I couldn't name just one more, so if you don't mind:

Aztec Camera - "High Land, Hard Rain"
Beatles - "Rubber Soul" and "Revolver"
Jellyfish - "Bellybutton"
Freedy Johnston - "This Perfect World"
Jefferson Airplane - "After Bathing at Baxter's"
John Mayall - "The Turning Point"
The Who - "The Who Sell Out"
Buffalo Springfield - "Buffalo Springfield Again"
Rolling Stones - "Get Your Ya-Ya's Out!"
Jayhawks - "Rainy Day Music"

Meep, only two? Ummm, it'd have to be:

Metallica - S&M (The symphony just adds something and I don't think I've had the thing off my play list for more than a few weeks at a time since it came out)

Queen - A Night At The Opera (One of the best bands ever showing they could do damn near anything they wanted from the acoustic ('39) through ballads (Love of my life) to full on rock (I'm in love with my car) and on to one of the best songs ever written (Bohemian Rhapsody). What more do you want?)
