personals - whats the deal?

If you want to have any interaction with the woman on here you are going to have to get more involved. For me the personal section just comes off as the quick hookup section on Craig's List. I'm sorry but that's not what I'm looking for. If you send a message that shows an interest in the person and not just an interest to meet up and play you'll get a much better response. For most ladies I think part of it comes down to a safety issue. I am not going to meet up with some guy I saw post in the personals with out having had the chance to chat get to know them and met them in a group setting first. So post and go to munches.

I just look in the personals now for a bloody good laugh. As many people have said before, whenever a girl posts on there (I find it hilarious) it's like dozens of fat children climbing over each other to get to a bar of chocolate. Maybe that answers your question.

I guess in principle it makes sense to have a place where people can ask to meet up.
But the real trick with getting to know people here (men or women) is not to specifically talk about tickling, or tickling meet-ups. Hell, that's the one thing you know you have in common, why not chat about something else?
You don't go to a nightclub and ask women straight up if they want to have sex (if you do that, best of luck to you!); you chat to them, get to know them, engage with them on something more than a physical level. Same principle applies here.
