PETA vs. The Chicken Dance

I don't know how true this is but I heard on the radio that PETA is trying to eliminate "The Chicken Dance" but I didn't hear why?

Now, what dance are we going to do on wedding reception dance floors!!!

But they are right about the slaughterhouses and without them I don't think ANY of them would be shut down.

I am all for being kind to animals but they want to shut down slaughter house. I rarely ever see them provide an alternate solution. I heard that eating just vegetables can make your body weaker because of the nutrients you find in most meat aren't available in just vegetables.

They want to destroy slaughter houses not because of the animals..its because they view people as cannibals but at the same time they want animals to roam free....people would make a good meal for most animals. I guess that's okay.

I will agree that PETA has done some good, but the problem is that more often than not their agendas seem to be advancing their organization and not their cause. It is like with the whole Mike Vick drama that seems to be unfolding again. PETA doesn't want him to be reinstated in the league unless he gets a brain scan and a psychological evaluation to see if he has dangerous tendencies. I support some of PETA's projects but more often than not they go too far.
