Philosophies on Tickling

Hello Again.

I am starting a project for an online institute on Tickling. Now, I know you might think this isn't needed, but believe me, there is a great need for something of this sort. How many people come here and don't know if they really want to be apart of this community? This can help them to decide if they really want to take the plunge.

So, on to why I made this thread. I am making a philosophy section among other areas of interest in this institute and I would like to hear your philosophies on

Tickling, why some people like to be tickled while others do not.​

That is the main subject for the moment, each week, I will have a new subject for you to think on. If you think your answer is good enough, POST IT; if you don't think your answer is good enough, STILL POST IT; it is your philosophy, and doesn't need to be judged by others for its validity. I want to hear what you all think on the current subject I have just given, and I want put your thoughts up. I think most people love sex the most but i think tickling is more arousing then sex i like tickling better then sex.

I think that some people enjoy the foreplay and excitement of being tickled. Its just plain fun and a way that couples can relate to one another physically. The laughter and sporatic movements kind of set a mood. Also, it seems that one must trust their tickler whole heartedly and give themselves up in a most vulnerable position. This is especially true if bondage is involved. One is extremely vulnerable while bound and totally at the others mercy. It shows a large ammount of trust to let someone tickle you while helpless and defenceless.

I can give you my theory on why people like tickling, or have any other fetish that isnt focusing on sex.

have you noticed that some people here would much rather tickle than have sex? (honestly, I'm one of them)
have you ever noticed that most people's number one drive in their life (whether they want to admit it or not) is sex? its one of maslows basic human needs yes, but thats a rough classification,
nature, playing its trick on all of us, put in us this inescapable need for sexual release, as part of our hardwiring, why? so we would procreate (take a look at "The Selfish Gene" its along the same principle, just forcing what is needed for overall survivial. nature plays its tricks, thats why 90% of relationships dont work, they are founded on a mutal need for sexual release and nothing more.

cutting off from my rant, in short, people who would rather tickle than have sex, (or other things) are in a way, lifted from that burden to a certain extent. have you ever noticed how many creatuve people are here in our community? artist, writers and so forth. how bout you take a poll on how many of those people would rather tickle than have sex? its prolly pretty high.

why do you think those people are so creative? they have TIME to explore theyre creativity because theyre main sexual release focus is tickling instead of sex. tickling is simpler, more innocent, and frankly easier to get. because its so easy, they dont have to spend so much time going after sex and therefore their lives are freer, in more ways than one, they have time, and they arent so mind restricted by having the need 24/ 7, so they can be clearer in mind and time to do things of a more creative nature.

that's just my loose theroy on it, it goes into alot more detail which i dont have time to go into at the moment.
but as for what exactly is an attraction of tickling, thats a while other issue itself. hehe.

Well, for my partner and I (we're both half lee half ler) a big part of it for each of us is the trust we have in each other... tickling each other/being tickled by each other wouldn't be anywhere NEAR as incredible without that trust and love that already exists... for some people, it's a true fetish- the tickling itself is enough to get them aroused. For others, it's a part of foreplay, but it only works with that special someone. For others still, it's a part of sex itself.

I know I enjoy tickling any and all willing females who are halfway decent (decent looks (at least LOOK like a woman... or tomboy *grins* those are hot and hygiene (GOOD Hygiene... eg, don't smell bad, clean teeth, ect) being the two big factors for who I'll tickle) but it isn't anywhere nearly as arousing (most of the time it isn't arousing at all) unless it's my fiance'. With her, though... *shivers* it's electric!

I'm with Kitt. It's only really sexually arousing with mah Senshi...and only under certain circumstances. Most of the time it's not just about sex for me-it's just fun! Yeah it gets my heartrate up, blood pumping, makes me blush (especially with good friendly teases!) but that doesn't make it sexual.

When it is sexual it's because, to a great extent as Kitt said, of the trust.

I'd say you are just born with a tickling fetish or not.

When I was little I used to fantasize about tying females (of my age or older) up and tickling them.

For me, it's just an urge inside of me. And I'm guessing for lee's their is an urge inside of them to be tied up and tickled.

That is how it is for Meka. She likes it and she doesn't even know why. She says she can't describe the feeling, and she loves it and hates it at the same time, but she likes it.

And being tickled doesn't turn her on, but me tickling her turns me on.

Yes it's possible! I was the most stubborn-ass ler on this site I swear, before other lers actually got to me. And ever since then I have been an insatiable lee: and yes, insatiable enough to ask people for it. As a 'ler I wouldn't know, there's no shortage enough to make me get that desperate!😀

lol yeah, thats something ive noticed, everyone who says "im a lee" or "im a ler" really likes to try to keep to just that at first. they become stubborn and down right ridiculous in their attempts to stay that way making up every excuse on earth to not go the other way, i dunno why, i guess defensiveness. but theres a whole other half to it on each end that people don't realize.
