Caller: Yes. Is Mr. Smith in?
Man: I'm sorry, but Mr. Smith is out on vacation for a week.
Caller: Oh, ok. Is Mr. Smith there?
Man: Yes, but unfortunately he's currently on a conference call at the moment.
Caller: Hmm...ok. Is Mr. Smith available?
Man: He is, but as we speak, he's actually in a huge meeting on the 6th floor right now.
Caller: Really...ok, then. Is Mr. Smith there?
Man: Speaking.
