Can't speak for everyone else, but the ones where they suffer that much don't seem to appeal to me.
 
i can certainly understand and respect your opinion.

i happen to like both kinds of tickling. the lighter side and the torturous side.

but there are people in the tickling community who love to see this extreme torturous kind of tickling, and so we made this for them to enjoy. it's not everyday a model like this comes along and is willing to endure it.

and the fact that you saw the photo, and immediately were convinced that she is suffering greatly from the tickling, only makes the torture ticklers lick their chops.
