Following on from my post last week:
I went to my appointment with Luce earlier today, we discussed my next steps and exercises, as she was talking me through the exercises, she slipped me trainers off, revealing her size 6, feet in thin, white ankle socks.
I was trying to find a way that o could realistically tickle her feet (especially after last time, when she told me how ticklish they were), but the timing wasn’t right, I didn’t want to come off creepy.
She asked me to undress and lie on the table, but the next 45 minutes passed by with her working on my upper legs (we had previously agreed to this treatment). During the deep tissue, she mentioned that she was only applying level 3 pressure, which it could go up to 5. I asked some questions on the pain and she said, “when I was at Uni, I was the lecturers test subject. She went straight to 5 on me, in front of the class, but I could take the pain, so it was ok”.
I asked her “good job she didn’t do your feet then, you would have screamed the house down”.
She replied, “she did, the pain was bad, but it tickled so much, I’m pretty sure she did it for that exact reason, as she knew how ticklish my feet were, and I was a bit of an arsehole to her in class, kind of like I was constantly being punished”.
We moved on for a bit and just before our session was up, I asked her if she could quickly stretch out my toes, due to aches.
She agreed, as she had half an hour free before stretching out my right toes and extend my arch, as she was prodding along the ball of my right foot, I told her “that’s where the ache is coming from, running down the centre of my sole.
She replied “here?”, dragging her nail down my extended arch. I twitched like I had been struck my lightning, before she just replied “soz”.
I turned and gave her playful daggers before she picked up my left foot, doing the same stretch. She asked “where is the tightness, left or right finger, before dragging two nails down my foot, causing an even bigger ticklish reaction.
Before I could answer, she said “well done for not kicking me, I would have kicked the person doing that”.
I just laughed it off, as I thought I had found the opening. She then told me that she could feel the tightness between my 2-3rd joints. A few minutes later, she massaged the joints, making both feet feel a lot better.
She told me to get dressed and left the room, I had one more chance.
When she returned, asked her what she did to my toes, as they feel great. She took her left trainer off and put her ankle on her knee, showing my the finger movement on herself, I asked “sorry, do you mind if I touch your foot? I want to try and locate the 2/3rd joints”. She agreed and put her foot in my lap. I moved my fingers around, pretending to be naive and then scrunched her toes before gliding my index finger from her heel to the ball of her foot, saying “this is where I get the pain, when my foot is like this”. She twitched her knee straight away, but didn’t move her foot off my knee. I then stretched her toes back, extending her arch, before saying “this is where the tightness is on me” and dragging my finger lightly up the centre of her arch, she squeaked and twitched before pulling her foot off my knee.
I apologised, which she smiled at me.
I asked her if we can make next weeks session any longer, I would like you to show me some basic foot massage techniques that I can use, to ease the aching, but don’t want to do them wrong.
She replied “not a problem, I usually have someone else here so I can teach you whilst you are doing it”. I replied “not a problem, or I can practice on you, if you’re ok with that. I can then get my partner to do them on me and vice versa, your feet look the same size”.
She agreed, then extended our session to 90 minutes without question.
