It is a great picture. I happen to have the magazine from whence it originated.

The tickler is Tiffany Storm, one of my personal favorites.

The victim is identified simply as Dallas.

Thanks for replying. Can't thank you enough for attaching the link. So this was never made into a movie. Just a photo-set? I can't stop thinking about the photo itself. Just an amazing fantasy/scenario!!
