David E. Kelley (writer/producer) loves to tease about this. In addition to the Picket Fences mention, he did it twice in Ally McBeal. In an early episode, she talks about part of her dream life as having a husband waiting to tickle her feet when she got home from work. And in a later episode, she was the defense attorney for a guy who broke into a woman's bedroom to tickle her feet while she slept. Kelley may have done this tickle tease in The Practice as well.

Weird dude; loves to talk about tickling women's feet but never once actually showed it. It kinda reminds me of that lameass Jay Leno who clearly has a thing for women's feet but then he at least once tried to act like liking women's feet is gross.

in both this and the Ally McBeal case, I sometimes wonder if "Tickle my feet" refers to like lightly rubbing instead of actually tickling to create laughter...I've had friends and relatives ask to have their back ticklied and that just means to like get a light massage...just a thought, but either way it's good to hear that!

He also had an episode on Alley McBeal that had a female costar give a male costar a hair tickle. She had him lie on his back while she dragged her long hair over his body.

THere was also a scene where Rob Morrow tries to wake Janine TUrner by tickling her feet, and in the next episode he even tells her, "I even tickled your feet." Supposedly there was a scene in Chicago Hope as well, with Christine Lahti and her daughter, but I never saw that show, so I cannot describe.
