Pictures not showing up and being annoying

Pictures attached in posts don't display for me, they show up as links that say "click here to view picture whatever whatever." I click them, then they take me to the TMF sign in page (even though I'm already signed in), where I sign in again, refresh, try to go back, repeat, and eventually they show up properly.

This used to happen every now and then, but since the forum overhaul, it's the case more often than not. I suspect cookies are involved. It's always cookies. What do I do?

What browser do you use, LD? The version is important (IE7 vs IE8 is a big difference, for example).

I use ye olde Firefox. Newest version, as I understand it.

How do you visit the TMF? Do you go to the form of the site with a www in it or not? In other words, is your main index page http://www.ticklingforum.com/index.php or is it http://ticklingforum.com? There is a difference, cookie-wise. If you are using the non-www form, it doesn't think you really logged in.

Yep, that was the problem. Funny, never used to make a difference.
