No idea, but it's a really bad late 90s low budget clip; really don't get how they felt metal music in the background would make the video hotter; you can tell it's the 90s because for some reason every model that got a boob job during that time got them so oversized that they look ridiculous on their small frames.
This clip has been posted several times before in the mainstream section. It is from a VERY low budget horror movie titled Curse of Pirate Death circa 2006. I rented it one day on a whim when it first came out on dvd and when the movie started I was cursing at myself for being so stupid but was pleasantly surprised when this scene came up.
