Just stumbled across this completely bizarre video:

It might not actually be mainstream at all, but it appears to be an actual attempt at a fitness instruction video detailing how you can tickle someone while they're planking to make it more effective. The girl getting tickled is very, very cute. It sure looks like the guy is actually tickling her too, and her reaction seems genuine as she tries to hold the position. No sound of her giggling though because of the music.
