Does anyone know where this pic comes from? It's pretty old, I guess, because I remember stumbling upon it back in 2000. It's always been one of my favorites, and I would LOVE to find the video it comes from. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
 
It's from a movie called "Tickle Theater." Message me and I can get you a copy. 🙂
