PM box contradicting itself

Something's whacky with my pm box...I only have 45 mesages in it but it says it's 100% full...did you guys downsize the number of allowed pms? It was 50, I'm preeetty sure:umm:

All folders, including the Sent folder, count towards the total. Make sure you don't have messages in one of your other folders, eh?

I also have this problem, mine was 45 and ive deleted the messages down to 28 but it still says 100% full.

Indeed, I encountered the same thing, it's as if the size of the PM boxes has shrunk. Suddenly my PM box says it's full, and I didn't get any new PM's over the past few days...

Yeah, I'm way over my limit too all of a sudden. The wording in Private Messages indicates that the limit of total correspondence has been shrunk from its former 50 to 20 (see below).

I discovered the cause of the error (a maintenance glitch) and corrected it. No messages should have been lost.

Nope, it was me. I deleted the old "Advanced" usergroup that existed to give members with over 10 posts PM access from when we had the "Power of Ten" rule in place. Unfortunately what I was too stupid to check was that all settings between it and the default "Registered" group were the same; PM box size wasn't. So when I deleted "Advanced" and everyone in it got dumped into "Registered" they hit the lower PM limit. Fortunately the board is smarter than I and didn't delete anything. XD
