When surfing the web I found a report of an episode of pokemon that was never aired by funimation due to it featuring guns, an episode which also happened to feature tickle torture. At first I was incredibly skeptical, but I went ahead and downloaded the episode off of emule anyway. Surprisingly, there is a long sequence of tickle torture that features team rocket interrogating an old man with a tickle bot. The episode is called "The legend of Dratini."
