Not sure I get the question. Is only 6 toes even if perfect a limiting factor. Would 10 jacked up toes be better? What about the rest of the feet and body? Is that fact that she likes it a possible limiting factor? Seems like if you're into toes enough that you don't even mention any other body parts then 6 perfect toes would be a good deal.

I’m not a Ler so I wouldn’t be keen to regardless.

However, I wanted to comment and say… if hypothetically this person with 6 toes is a real person you are asking about… I’m sure there are Lers who would not be disinterested based on deformities, medical conditions or the like. The amount of people missing toes and fingers … I mean, some people perhaps with foot fetish specifically might not be comfortable because they have a very specific idea of what they enjoy about a set of feet… but also plenty of Lers don’t have foot fetish as well. I think there is plenty of various ways a lee and ler can be compatible and also incompatible depending. 🙂
