Pornhub Removing Content For saying the word "no"

So, recently a large amount of my preview videos are being taken down. I've gone through the appeal process and it said it was removed for "non-consent". I explained that that just wasn't factual and that we're a professional company, everyone has signed agreements and consent forms, etc. They said they'd look into it.

I then got this reply:
The decision to remove your video has been upheld.
The non-consent scenario refers to around 0:52, the female performer tries to get away and repeatedly says no, but the male doesn’t stop.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I've now replied saying that we have safewords in place, and that "saying no while being tickled is a natural response as well as trying to get away" and awaiting a reply.

I understand the absolute need for non-consensual videos to be removed from their platform. And maybe this is just a blanket way to do this.

I have never had a single non-consensual clip uploaded in any way on any platform, nor would I.

Has this happened to any other producers? I've been moving my preview clips to other sites, as these are older ones anyways, but it's still really strange.

Pornhub almost got obliterated by a lawsuit of some kind in Canada as I recall - they're probably careful to the point of ridiculousness now, so their entire business doesn't get shut down, and someone goes to jail.

Yeah that lawsuit pretty much signaled the end of Pornhub as we all knew it. They're gonna be ultra carful regarding what clips can/can't be posted on their site. Major payment companies severed all ties to them. C4S obviously doesn't want that to happen to them, so that's why they've gone through the changes they have regarding ID requirements, and what content can/can't be posted to the site. I get why C4S did this, but it's too absolute.

I pointed out earlier this year something I noticed with C4S searching. We've all seen clips that have a therapy setting. You search the word "Therapy" on C4S, and you get a list of clips. But search the word "Therapist", and you get a 404/Broken Page. I was wondering what the hell was going on, but then I noticed what the last 5 letters spell out. Probably raised a red flag. However, the site's response isn't consistent. For example, there are videos on C4S involving food. Look at the word "Grape". You search that word on C4S, and results come up normally.

Bottom line though, the Pornhub thing has had a major lasting impact on the adult industry.

What a bunch of hypocrites. If what I've heard is true these dick heads having been allowing questionable content on their platform for years, including footage from the Erin Andrews peep hole video (which I reported). I'm just curious if this will go both way or only one direction.

I could understand if they required some sort of notice of compliance, but part of the fun of porn is the openness to do what you want (with in reason). If all models are 18+ (although I think they should change that to 21 for working in adult cinema) and consenting to the situation then you should be able to playout just about any scenario you want.

This appears to be a classic example of the administration of a rule contradicting the spirit of the rule.

I can only imagine that a truly non-consensual video of a hard core nature shot overseas somewhere, as long as they muted the audio anyone said "no," would remain on their platform just fine, meanwhile a purely innocuous tickling video of all things, such as yours, gets booted.
