The preview for the new episode set to show Wednesday, April 30th shows the one girl who has been dating a guy for 4 weeks but they have not kissed. One (brief) scene shows a head and shoulder shot of them lying on the couch together. It looked (to me) like she moves her arm over her head and then pulls it down quickly after he moves toward her side with his hand and she laughs.

May be nothing and MTV runs their shows about every other hour so if there is anything and you miss it it will be be on again.
