Possible Mainstream Tickle

I was watching TV last night at work when I noticed something. I was watching NBC (well watching is stretching it - I was playing with my phone). The TV was running some commercials for their Wednesday night lineup. I'm fairly certain on that. There was one commercial with a guy annoying some lady by doing little pranks on her. One scene shows her trying to brush her teeth and she has her elbow raised. I am almost positive that I saw the guy tickle her armpit quickly causing her to close up. I just barely glimpsed it.

It was cute, if I saw what I saw and worth to keep an eye out for.

But you don't know what show, and for a half second of beatnik glory you're willing to commit the evening to watching NBC for the night in the hopes your half second of joy will be fulfilled. I dunno, I'd need something more substantial to keep me watching TV all evening. As Stan Laurel once said, "Certainly, life isn't short enough."

Was it the whitney cummings' show? because there is a scene like that as well, but he actually just sprays her with something.
