Possible new start in NorCal

Just freshly turned 30 on Sunday, have a good chance at a new job in San Francisco as well. I'm currently living in Antioch though.
I'm a gay male, pretty darn ticklish too. I'll tickle or be tickled by straight or gay males, not too picky but I prefer to have a conversation first.

I also can't host at the moment, but if this new job takes off I don't mind renting a hotel room for us.
