Once there was an American man of Japanese descent, whose last name was Wong. He met a young Japanese-American lady, whose name was also Wong. (Nothing odd about that; it's more or less the Japanese equivalent of Smith.) They fell in love, and were married. Within a year of the marriage, Mrs. Wong became pregnant. Mr. Wong was delighted; but his joy turned to outrage upon the birth of the baby, who turned out to be Caucasian. Mr. Wong accused his wife of infidelity and sued for divorce.
