Post Count

What factors in to the post view count? Does it just count members who view or just number of times a post is landed on? I want to know if there is a way for me to view my own posts without being double plus counted.

Post count is the number of times it's been viewed - including repeat viewings - and I'm pretty sure it includes your own.
