Hello, fellow members,
After a discussion among the staff, we have decided to set aside the "Power of 10" rule for now. Although it seemed like a good idea at the time, it has often caused confusion for new members and has sometimes encouraged spamming.
All members may now have an avatar and signature and will be able to use the PM system. We hope that new members will continue to participate for the sake of participating rather than to gain account privileges.
