On my set up, I use a "seat belt", which I had custom-made, based off the design of a weight-lifters belt. I had it sheep-lined for comfort. I leave just enough play for the victim to be able to flex a bit so there is no pain from involuntarily thrusting into the belt. They remain essentially immobile, however.
