President Obama is a tickler?

I dont know if I would consider this the definition of a "Tickler". My guess would be that many people, whether they are into tickling or not, tickled someone, or got tickled at some point in their lives. I consider a "Tickler" to be an adult who likes tickling as a sexual turn on, and tickles other adults, either same sex or opposite sex, for the purpose of sexual gratification.

Maybe that's a wrong definition, but its just how I see it.

At any rate - regardless of what he really did do - he still creeps me out.

I think he's just one of those people that, given the possibility of such a situation, you should just run from. I, personally, don't trust all ticklers. Never have. Never will.
 
I personally am more apt to trust a president and like a president that is a tickler 🙂....haha! very important quality in a president.
 
He seems to be a tickler. Now if he can start being a leader, then we'll be getting somewhere.
