Preventing Post Session Drop

I wish I posted this earlier but I have a paid session coming up soon. It seems post session drop/depression gets worse each time. Is there anything anyone does to stop it before it happens?

I have had many paid sessions over the last 20 years. The best way to avoid post session drop is aftercare, which can only be provided by the same person who provided the session. My practice is to session again only with women who are willing to give five minutes of aftercare when a two hour session ends.

My theory for avoiding a post-vacation drop is to start planning the next vacation -- even if it will be months away. Same idea may apply here!

I agree aftercare for any session is a must or the comedown is worse. I find once it happens keeping really busy helps!
