Honestly? This may be more than a quick tickle, I however don’t speak Japanese so can’t be sure lol but at the 1:20 mark someone clearly says “tickle” in English and then gives her foot a little tickle.

She’s smiling and giggling throughout but so are the others so without knowing Japanese it’s hard to tell if any of it is tickle related. Just that one point at 1:20 is the only definite tickle

In short they are discussing the toughness of her feet and how much she can endure but also teasing her. Tickling isn't directly mentioned but the random English tickle is in relation to. This probably tickles.
My Japanese is mediocre at best though. So take that as you will.
