problems downloading

i have having problems downloading the new clips from the clips section.

i am getting a error message saying "a connection to the server cannot be established" what is the cause of this and how can it be fixed???

i got the same prob!

i think its because our mod uses an ftp-server with limited useracess. and the demand is high so u cant connect to the server.

am i right?

The darn thing just keeps crashing on me. I'm not sure whether it's the program not being able to keep up with the traffic or what. It should....I paid good money for the bloody program. :/

I don't think it's the server itself because everytime I access it remotely it's fine, but when I put my mouse over the ftp icon in the startup tray to check the status it disappears.

Sigh, I'm going to e-mail support. But in the meantime all I can do is just login and restart it whenever a loyal member reports it being down.
