Yikes! Yes, answered this question on another thread on this page earler today. You could start with Maxfisch.com and enter your city. There will be a list of local dommes, with links to their websites. E-mail or calling them, asking about tickling specificly helps, as since the economy has gone south, some folks will say anythng to get you in there, and plunk your money down. If their a true ticklephile, you'll be able to tell by their enthusiasm. If they say something lame like, 'Ya, I can do that," then continue the search.
Prices seem to vary, depending what part of the country your in. Just be up frount about what your looking for. They've heard a variety of fetishes and turn ons, so no need to feel weird abot yours. Remember, their there to help. 🙂
