I got a Neurology exam serveral months ago and the doctor (male) ran me through the infamous Babinski Test. He had me take off my shoes and socks of course. He was explaining what the test was about as he began and I started squirming all over the place. It was really hard to feign ignorance. I wanted to say: "I'll give you 20 minutes to stop that!"

Anyway, for some reason I was really over sensitive on my right sole in particular. Hmmm...

At any rate, it was kinda nice to have tickle verification from a professional.

Anybody else have a exam story to relate?

OH! Omg lol My apologies! I never knew that was the official name for it lol Yes i've had that done many times and it's so hard to hold it in.

I don't think I have had that done since I was a kid. Although to be fair, I think its been several years since my last doctors appointment, but I don't really remember them doing the Babinski test on me then either. In fact, other than checking my heart and ears, there was very little hands-on testing done. Definitely different from when I was younger.
